This quality fully equipped 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with communal pool and roof garden is in a lovely Spanish Village within a 2 minute walk to banks, supermarket, restaurants etc. The apartment is fitted out to a very high standard with electric heating and ceiling fans, it has everything included from bottle openers to bedding and towels, so just bring your suit case with you!

On entering the apartment block, you have a lovely marble floored entrance, there are no stairs to climb, so great for young mums or the elderly, there is a lift to all floors (including the roof terrace and pool etc). The communal Swimming pool is located on the roof terrace along with the BBQ and clothes drying areas.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of this 3 storey building and looks over a courtyard.

As you enter the apartment into a light large living room/kitchen. There is a TV unit with flat screen TV, giving english and spanish digital TV with wall mounted shelf and glass fronted cupboard above the TV unit, a dining table with 4 chairs, leather sofa. There are double patio doors leading to a good size terrace overlooking the communal garden with palm tree. Great for a quite drink and watch the stars go by on those wonderful moonlight nights. The terrace can also be accessed from the master bedroom.

There is a fully fitted galley kitchen with marble/granite work tops, incorporating a fridge freezer, oven and hob with extractor and microwave oven, washing machine and an abundance of storage cupboards, containing cutlery, crockery, mugs, cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutting board, waste bin, ironing board, cleaning materials etc.

Leading off the lounge is a main bedroom and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is accessed from the entrance hall and there is a separate guest shower room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes incorporating drawers, spare linen and towels. The family bathroom consists of a shower and glass shower screen, a vanity unit with cupboards under and sink with a mirror above with lights/shaving socket and matching toilet and bidet. The ensuite shower room is similarly appointed and also houses the washing machine.

Formentera Del Segura is a fantastic place to live, a Spanish village that over the past few years has evolved into a multinational village without losing its Spanish character and charm. Formentera is able to offer you amenities at hand as well as being a short drive from the water park in Rojales and a short drive from many great golf courses such as La Marquesa and La Finca. The wonderful blue flag beaches of Guardamar with 11km of sandy beach is only 10 minutes drive away, with both Alicante & Murcia airports only being only 30 minutes drive. Formentera also benefits from being on the local bus route.

Price advertised is paid annually (including allowance for electric and water bills) A refundable security deposit of ONE MONTHS RENT (Min €600) is required and will be refunded after a satisfactory property inspection and we have confirmation that there are no outstanding rent or over use of utility bills.
